even you can cook: mint 3 ways

This week we launch the Even You Can Cook YouTube series, featuring our wonderful receptionist Katie, who likes to claim that she doesn't know how to cook...but we're out to prove her wrong.

In this episode, she shows how to prepare three takes on one ingredient. The subject is mint: you'll learn to prepare a mint mojito; watermelon, feta, and mint salad; and (my favorite) an arugula and mint pesto that's not only perfect tossed with pasta but is also wonderful atop a chicken breast, a steamed fish filet, or even spread on toasted sourdough.
