Shot by our very own art director Ali Ziegler, starring the hands and consummate baking skills of the book's author (and Weldon Owen executive editor) Kim Laidlaw, edited and mixed by yours truly, and codirected by the three of us ("Sorta like Joel and Ethan Coen plus one," I kept pointing out, over and over, with diminishing laughter returns), this was as collaborative and entertaining a trailer shoot as we've had.

A bit of behind-the-scenes information that some may find interesting: The video includes more than 200 still images, and compresses over an hour of actual time into its final 1 minute, 17 second duration. And yes, those are our hands reaching in for a "toaster tart" at the end of the video, and yes, we consumed them oh so happily.
